Hi. Just asking here..
Last week, i have followed my friend to meet a banker to proceed his loan for pr1ma rembau. So, i have ask the banker about the other pr1ma project in melaka because he also said that he also arrange the buyer loan for pr1ma in nearby state. Since i have success in balloting for pr1ma Melaka Tengah 1, i ask him about the info maybe they get info from developer or Pr1ma side for the pr1ma melaka tengah 1. But the response from him give me a shocked.
He said, currently the pr1ma melaka tengah 1 have an issues between the developer and pr1ma side. That why, until now for the unit selection has not been done although the project advertisement is go out first than the pr1ma melaka tengah 2. Currently the pr1ma melaka tengah 2 project already done a unit selection and also the loan already some buyer proceed it.
So, anyone here get the info about this project. Is it true the project cannot be proceed due of issues between pr1ma and developers? I already ask about 10x to pr1ma (facebook mssage, email, call) but the response from them is still same which is NOT DECIDE YET THE DATE FROM SELECTION UNIT and WILL EMAIL IF HAVE THE DATE.
