The brokerage company known as PoltekFX had failed to return funds due to FPA member Amin EL-HAKIM as well as to other traders. Both Amin and one of our investigators sent multiple emails to PoltekFX for an extended period and could get no response. Failure to return money to traders upon request is the primary definition of "Scam" for the members of the Forex Peace Army.

Thus, we officially find that PoltekFx is a scam. We offer PoltekFX the chance to resolve this issue by returning funds legitimately due to Amin and other traders.

We extend our deepest sympathies to Amin and his fellow traders who lost money due to these actions of PoltekFx. We extend warm regards to FPA Investigations Lt. Ken for his efforts on this case.

PoltexFX is hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge anyone who has an account with them to withdraw all funds immediately and recommend against opening new accounts with them.

"..I'm having a problem withdrawing from POLTEKFX. A screenshot for mine and my friends withdrawals was sent to FPA investigation team. Withdrawal been waiting more than a month and poltek won't give a decent answer. And trading was within poltek's rules of trading and no cheating whatsoever.
Needless to say that this broker has been paying for some time now and never stole money. Poltek support on ICQ doesn't have decent answer since he awaits answer from his management (as he says) who seem to be one guy and no one knows anything about him. Everyone would appreciate if Poltek gave an honest answer since they say on ICQ that company isn't closing.
My latest update was from someone who knows Poltek close enough to know that the company has 20-30K liquidity, and by the way, withdrawals have been processed lately but they seem to be paying to Indonesian IBs so they could bring them more customers..."
