We apologize for the brief period of silence after this past weekend. We have frozen our system “as-is” in order to gather important data. Also, we have discovered a glitch in the e-mailer system.

Now, moving forward; It is true that we are working actively to improve the Phoenixsurf model and are very excited with our progress thus far. Our members have a lot to be exited about.

We want to begin anew by making our members whole by paying back the principal to our membership base. With this principal, members will be able to begin earning again through our various programs.

How will refunds be issued?

Due to the current issues with Egold, we believe that we will begin issuing refunds to the NME debit cards first. If you do not have an NME debit card, it is extremely important that you secure one at this time in order to ensure a fast, safe medium for us to send the payment to. As soon as you receive your card number and access code, please log-into your Phoenixsurf.com account, click on the “edit” button next to your name, then change your payout details to “NMECard” and add your NME Debit card number. Again, at this time we hope to be able to refund NME Debit card holders as quickly as possible.
