Saya rasa MISC ada fundamental dan bisnes yg agak kukuh.

Petronas merupakan antara pengeluar LNG terbesar di dunia. Jadi kalau MISC hanya bergantung kepada bisnes dengan Malaysian LNG (MLNG) pun boleh survive. Itu pandangan saya...

Memang MISC hidup atas job PETRONAS & FELDA je skrg ni......kalau lepas sendiri mmg hancus....as proven by overseas operation

The fact remains, MISC is downsizing.....last year ramai yg kena VSS

minority shareholders yg xnak jual..sayang kot kt MISC haha

3% je pun..abis punah gagal

SC dh revise code of takeover n mergers ni..klo dlu nak takeover, dptkan 51% or some cases 75% je..dapat je yg lain terpaksala buang shares

skang dah 90% so susah sikitla..masa ni baru nmpk besarnye minority tu

I hv frens yg kena VSS last year & yg still in there & yang stationed at MMHE Pasir Gudang......and i am still MISC's vendor

And here i am doing online biz )
