Ahad lepas dh g view rmh.. Dr pemerhatian ok jer. Rmh tingkat 3. Dh ade renovation. Aku deal direct dgn owner. Sebab tu semua urusan aku kena settlekan sendiri. Huhuhu.. Loan bank dh pergi survey dh. Setakat ni OCBC yg bg rate terbaik utk loan. Maybe 2-3 hr lg nak submit loan sbb nk dptkan dokomen dr owner skrg. Environmet pun ok lah sbb aku dh 2thn ddk area cni juga tp bkn kat apartment ni.
 
Bro, aku mmg ddk puchong jer..nk beli pun apartment cempaka kat bukit puchong 2. Apartment dh dpt strata title cuma strata title still lg first owner. Klu aku bli, aku owner ke3. Owner ke2 beli rmh ni masa lelong tp xbuat tukar nama lg..mcm mane erk..? Blh bg aku contact lawyer ko tu..?

Maksud bro..?mslh utk mencari peguam terbaik or strata title..?hehehe..klu kes aku ni blh ke tukar name direct from 1st owner kpd nama aku..? Owner ke2 yg aku nk bli ni bli rmh secara lelong..Ade ape2 extra procedure ke..?

Aku dh tanye owner rmh skrg ni dia ckp strata title dh ade tp still nama 1st owner lg. dia blm buat pindah milik..Rmh ni aku deal direct dgn owner skrg. Anyway, thanks bro contact no lawyer tu. nnt aku try call utk deal.
 
Selain dr legal fees (loan & S&P) dgn stamp duty (loan & S&P), ape lg yg kena standby cash..? Deposit 10% off course. Charge utk kerja2 lawyer brape yer..? X termasuk legal fees..harap dpt penerangan lg..��
 
Jangan ambil khidmat Peguam yg berpusat di Plaza Perangsang, S.Alam (A****S***&co)...sebab diorang ni mmg FAIL dlm relation dgn client...selain itu, lawyer POYO tapi LEMBAP...then bila kita cari dia...receptionist ckp "lawyer jumpa client..."...padahal lawyer ada ja dlm opis...malas nak layan client yg call tp POYO...

Lawyer I pun lembab. Xsettle2 lagi. Dah
6 bulan dah. Selaluye tempoh umah subsale
Ni berapa lama nak settle.
