Position : Operation Manager

Responsibilities
1) - Supervision of delivery operations.
2) - Weekly & Monthly operations analysis and recommendations.
3) - Managing delivery riders
4) - Recruitment & training for new riders
5) - Complete transparency on all levels.
6) - Report directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
· - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
· - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· - Require Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service with food delivery or logistics operations.
· - Meticulous with an eye for details.
· - Strength of character to raise and communicate issues & recommendations.
· - Computer literacy in Microsoft office.
· - An appetite for growth and personal development.
· - Male candidate preferred
· - Full-Time position only
Salary Range up to RM5,500.00 – RM5,800.00 / month & Full scale of employee benefits
