• Strong knowledge of contracts , benefits and limits.
• Detailed, meticulous with keen eye and ability to notice any out of norm billing trend
• Good communication skills
• Good sense of urgency for immediate escalations if required.
• Ability to work independently, and able prioritize and diligence
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications especially in Excel for reporting purposes
