For participating in this FX Live Competition you have to register and be approved for an Islamic Trading account as well as to be over 18 years old. By participating in the FX Live Competition you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the OloFX Trading Terms and Conditions.

The Offer will be limited to one account per Client (regardless of the number of accounts which the Client maintains with OloFX). b. Winning Percentage Return Formula: Net Profit / Deposits * 100

Example:
Total Deposits for the period: 10,000 USD
Net Profit for the Period: 15,000 USD
Percentage Return = (15,000 / 10,000) x 100 = 150%

For the award prize to be added into the winner’s trading account, the winner will have to: a. Meet and already passed the OloFX’s compliance procedures and checks; and b. Provide a detailed report of his/her FX Live Competition account when and if requested by OloFX.
The participant acknowledges and authorizes OloFX to announce the daily results of the FX Live Competition on its website, including each participant’s MT4 account number and Name.
The trading account held by the clients for the FX Live Competition cannot be subject to another promotion. 10. The winners will be able to participate in any additional promotions offered by OloFX, by opening a new account and making new deposits
OloFX will announce the winner within 48 Hours from the end of the FX Live Competition; venue of announcement will be OloFX website.
The prize will be awarded in the same FX Live Competition account.
If OloFX suspects that a participant has abused/manipulated or attempted to abuse/manipulate this FX Live Competition or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then OloFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that user the award received or promotion and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to that participant, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that participant’s/client’s/user's access to the service and/or block that user's Account. OloFX reserves the right to remove any plug-ins from the client’s account in case such plug-ins creates complication on OloFX systems. In addition, OloFX reserves the right to modify, change or terminate this FX Live Competition at any time without the consent of the Client.
If OloFX suspects that a participant has abused the fair rules of the FX Live Competition by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts held with OloFX) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), then OloFX reserves the right to immediate disqualify the participant/client from the FX Live Competition Without the consent of the Client.
If Olofx suspects that a participant has abused/taking advantage of the Swap Free Account by hedging the positions during rollover or holding his/her positions for a long period of time on high swap symbols, then OloFX reserves the right to immediate disqualify the participant/Client from the FX Live Competition or charge the appropriate swap rate for all previous periods without the consent of the Client.
All trading accounts for the FX Live Competition will be Standard Accounts. The Company reserves the right, due to risk management, to transfer selected clients on a different trading environment. In case the client does not comply with OloFX’s request the participant could be disqualified from the FX Live Competition.
Due to risk management, OloFX reserves the right, without any prior notice to the client, to amend the Client’s Leverage at any time, especially during Weekends.
The participant/client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products and involve a high level of risk.
It is possible to lose more than your invested capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and you should ensure that you understand the risks involved. Seek independent advice if necessary.
In order to be able to receive the FX Live Competition prize, the winners will need to meet all requirements set in these terms and conditions.
