kalau rumah ke-3, downpayment must 30% juga ke?

for local bank it a must as rule BNM. for foreign bank am not sure and appreciate you check it for me.

Foreign bank also follow the BNM ruling. Therefore 3rd house is 70% margin too.

Conventional Loan allows 3rd party chargor. Therefore, we can ask our wife / husband to join in as borrower then your name in the S&P.
