YES!!! Gaji Bersih: bawah 3K = 70% ; atas 3K = 80% ; atas 8k = 90%

If rate naik sampai 13% maksud economy bagus . Kalau tinggi buat lar refinance. sekarang rate baru 4.2%.... BLR baru 6.6%.... so ceiling rate ade x ade pun tak buat different besar.

yup stuju..klu tggi sgt...buat je refinance...
