Pips or Value of Pips

There are three types of trader.
1. Scalper
2. Medium Term Trader
3. Long Term Trader

Scalper usually a short term trader. Usually hey enter the market and take profit for 10 pips-15 pips.
Medium Term Trader usually enter the market and take profit for 20 pips- 70 pips.
Long Term Trader are much more on investment. They enter market and hold it for a long time. They grab from 100 pips to 400 pips. Sometimes they even hold it to take 1000pips.

So,which one who you are?
See the difference:

* Scalper and Medium Term Trader see the pips in the way of value of pips while Long Term Trader see the pips in the way of pips amount.
* Scalper and Medium Term Trader is quite busy to see the perfect time to enter the market. They stay in front of chart from time to time. Long Term Trader more on relax way. They enter the market and hold it for month.
* Let's make a simple calculation. In a day, Scalper and Medium Term Trader grab profit for about 80 pips with a big lot size. (e.g $1.50/pip X 80pips =$120.00 ). While Long Term Trader grab profit for about 120 pips with a small lot size for long term money management. (e.g $0.50/pip X 120pips = $60.00). See the difference? The Scalper and Medium Term Trader is winning with more $60.00. No offense right.
* Scalper and Medium Term Trader make profit most in flat or ranging trend. Long Term Trader make profit most in trending trend such as uptrend and downtrend. In market 80% are ranging or flat and only 20% is trending. So, see the winner?

Sebenarnya strategi trade tu bergantung atas personaliti korang samaada korang nk ambik jumlah pips atau nilai pips. Korang tentu pernah rasa nk cari teknik Holy Grail kan? maksudnya korang masukkan USD100. Then trade saiz pips USD5/pip pastu price jatuh kaw2 150 pips. Benda tu sangat x mustahil. (aku pernah buat and akaun tu lingkup jasa bini aku. haha.) Yang cakap mustahil tu adlah org yang trauma dengan forex atau x faham market. In another words, from financially broken person.

teknik tu korang akan jumpa kalau korang belajar buat trading sistem sendiri dan x bergantung kt prediction atau signal orang lain. Kalau korang asyik bergantung je korang xkan belajar sebenarnya. korang boleh ambik signal org lain untuk rujukan korang kalau signal and analysis provider tu betul2 dah terbukti.
