a. NDA going into Week 2 of Operation

NDA has now officially made it through its first week online. Since many programs lately have been disappearing after a day or two I would definitely say this is an accomplishment to be proud of. We are at over 300 members right now with over 30K USD deposited in just 7 days, and thats been achieved keeping in mind the fact that I havent wasted member money away on exuberantly priced advertising and so on. So we are doing well smile.gif

b. Users with Spends less than 5 USD have been paid

All NDA members with active spends less than 5 USD that have contacted me with their e-gold #'s, I just wanted to let you know that i've returned your spends as per last night's member update. Thank you for choosing NDA. I appreciate your support. Im sorry for not sending your spends back sooner, as e-gold's website was down for most of the day seemingly due to technical upgrades on their part and I just got back here and had the chance to sit down and take care of them all.

c. Daily Spend Limit Cap Removed: Account Balance Max Set to 7K USD

There will no longer be a maximum daily spend amount of 1K USD. Instead, the maximum account level will be set at 7K USD per member. This means that you may have spends active at anyone time not surpassing 7K USD max in total. Why am I doing this? Well, with the previous daily spend limit, users could essentially spend the max each day, for 16 days, and maintain active account balances of 16K USD in total in one spend cycle duration. However, in this arena, this is rarely done, because people are impatient. Ive had many members contact me and urge me to increase the maximum account level so that they can spend at once, and forget about spending again for a week or two. I understand that many just dont access the internet every day, or dont care to have to make deposits daily to reach the account level they are comfortable with maintaining, so instead ive decided to just set the maximum account balance higher to accommodate. Keep in mind, however, that you should not spend more than you can afford. I did not find some super great investment opportunity offline to partake in which would be the reason many other sites would likely give to increase their account balance limit on their members. NDA is about being straightforward and upfront with you; this isnt 6K Finance and im not the head of a company with 500 plus non existent employees. If you want lies like that being told to you, than this program isnt for you.

d. First Level Referral Commission Rewards Increased for Active, VIP & Pro Members

Ive noted that the previous 3 level referral commission structure has made people lazy in promoting; some members have referred just a few good promoters who in turn take the time to promote many directly under them and then that one person on the top of the chain benefits and doesnt have to do anymore work. This will no longer be the case.

I have decided to adjust the rewards system and place more emphasis on increased first level referral commission. How will this benefit you, as a promoter? Well, many of you have contacted me saying that it is hard to offer benefactor offers when the maximum referral commission you are awarded is 3%, which was the case previously for PRO members. This should no longer be a problem:

Active members (those with spends of 5 USD to 49 USD active) will receive a 3% first level referral commission, and no second or third level commissions.

VIP members (those with spends of 50 USD to 500 USD active) will receive an 8% first level referral commission, and a second level commission of 0.5%.

PRO members (those with spends of 501 USD and above) will receive a 10% first level referral commission, and second and third level commissions of 1%.

Many of you may make the point that not having a daily spend limit will just encourage H&R behavior. Well, H&R is a reality in this arena and it will not go anywhere anytime soon; even 50/50 rules do not hinder the activity. What I do know is that since the spend cycle is 16 days in length, this should somewhat deter H&R's looking for a quick buck in a short lived 3 or 4 day game, which NDA has proved not to be having been online for a week thus far. I want to increase the public appeal of the program in consideration of what other sites are offering, and since this is just the beginning, we are afforded the opportunity to implement changes in advance, thanks to the preliminary adjustment period. We have to compete, and this is, ultimately, your program to enjoy. I believe that these changes will increase excitement that will encourage everyone to promote harder and this will, in turn, benefit all members.

e. Third Party Forum Thread Support Request

I would like to do everything I can to increase public awareness of NDA, but obviously, I am just one person and cannot do everything on my own. I would like to request that any NDA members which are also members of third party forums where NDA is discussed to contact me directly and let me know how much time you would be able to offer per week in helping out. I look forward to hearing from any of you that have some free time to do this for the benefit of the program as a whole.
