New Oasis International Foundation is a community-focused foundation built around a simple idea: lasting social impact is not created by one-off relief, but by systems that communities can own, run, and improve over time.


Our work is guided by a clear mission—turning capital into a productive force for public value, while keeping community decision-making at the center. In practice, we focus on building an “ever-turning” mutual-aid mechanism that helps communities identify real needs, mobilize local assets alongside external support, and develop long-term problem-solving capacity.


We organize our work through five connected focus areas:

• Sustainable Finance — strengthening financial capability and long-term stability
• Community Resilience — improving preparedness, response, and recovery during shocks
• Inclusive Education — reducing barriers and expanding access to learning opportunities
• Social Inclusion — ensuring meaningful participation and fair access to decision-making
• Community Culture — supporting identity, cohesion, and community-driven livelihoods

Accountability is a core part of how we operate. We emphasize clear governance, conflict-of-interest safeguards, protected reporting channels, and transparent oversight so communities and stakeholders can understand how decisions are made and how outcomes are tracked.
