so... you manage to get rid of the breads afterall... or is there another twist to it...:D

i eat bread every 2 weeks. haha. not much though, just a piece of croissant or mantou. there are times when i do eat carbs, but i make sure i drink H2O a lot and i control the carbs. minimum amount, maybe just 5g more than the allowed 20g.

food is not a prob. i can cook quite well, so i just cook what i wanna eat. but finding time to exercise is quite hard (excuse?!).

but now i'm focusing on the 1k/day. hope i can shed off these extra pounds. will never be the skinny chopstick type. im curvy and tall, so i just wanna look okay.

no problem to jog... its the workout that i am a bit lazy...
maybe signing to one of the classes might help...:-?

ever since i moved to this work place, i have been gaining weight steadily...:))
last night i went back around 8pm...
today its almost 7 pm...
thats almost my ritual here...
no more soccer or any games for that matter in the evening anymore...
even though the quarters is just a few minutes away from the office, the body is already exhausted when i reached home...
but then, still need to cook, do laundry and all else...
being alone, cooking is really a bad thing...
i just dont know how to portion a meal for one person and i am not the one that throws food away...
there is a refrigerator in the house, yet i add a freezer to keep stocks...
so, you know the end result...
i need to get back in shape...:))

sorry to hear that... hopefully you will be better prepared for next one... repeating a class is not a pleasant experience... happened to me in one semester where i had to sacrifice a subject to save the other four... a hard lesson to learn but still a lesson learned indeed... i made sure that i would never lose my focus again... to graduate as soon as possible was the priority... no denying that student life was the best part of my life but i did not have any intention of spending them with a much younger batch or group, if you know what i mean...:))

back to the future to the current time... i do not like a bit of what i am doing right now... i took it because i did not have much choice at that time... what i am earning now is what i get 10 years ago... it is a degrading and humiliating experience that colleagues / peers of past years are two or three levels up that i have to take their instructions as if they were the wiser ones... life can be very funny but it was your past decision that brings you there to where you are now... no regret though as it is another lesson to be learned... and i endured it for almost three years...

hopefully, the next opportunity would put me back to where i belong and bid farewell to this current nightmare... that is why i am focusing very hard to get myself prepared for the opportunity because i do not want to fail...

to my dream!
i am coming for you...
i wont let you slip by again...
living without you is not a life at all...

speaking of repeating a class, actually i do understand how it feels. fyi, i am in a year younger batch group. :) it's not a pleasant thing of course, thinking about how to live a life when you need to add one more year of hectic medical school life.

but i guess i've learn a lot, and of course, i don't want it to happen again. :D

haha. you speaking of your dream like you're trying to catch for someone you love. i guess your dream is something you love most.:D you're right. but for me, it's a part of life. i think people can't be on top forever. and there's ups and down.i guess your time will eventually come, and i hope you're succeed. :)

it is all about planning and decision making...
just like playing chess, you cannot plan just one step ahead...
it must be a few steps ahead if you really want to win...:)
