rm40/week is kinda very tight for me... thats abt rm5.70/day...
with that amount, i can only have breakfast for the day...#:-S

anyway.... hows the new home?

i cook daily. and i dont mind eating the same stuff for days. haha. i used up all my chicken fillets cos a friend came for dinner tonite but i still have my stingray. will cook asam pedas on friday.

i love this place. apart from the view, the location is great. i dont have to drive much. neighbors and the security guards are nice too.

"same stuff for days"??? you mean cook one time and have it for several course (reheat)?? wow... not for me... i can take the same thing twice only... but if youre saying chicken or fish the whole week but different recipe, that one i can take.. no prob.. so everytime cook, small portion only..

on the same matter, there're some that like to cook a lot but then they portion it into several small containers and stock them inside a freezer (need to buy that ice-cream freezer)... whenever they need it, they just take it out and defrost them and reheat... good strategy for guy bachelor actually... whenever 'balik kampung', ask mom to cook a few dishes then stock them in small containers... those may last for a month...)

because those sounds are not from outside...
they're from inside...
even in your sleep, you can still hear them...:">
sometimes, you cant even sleep because of them...

one way is to have peace with our surrounding...
some would go for meditation...
some would be selective in what they want to listen...
not everything that comes our way we need to deal with...
sometimes it is better to just watch and listen then to response...
we do have that option...
we just need to take a step back and ask our inner self...
do i need to response? do i need to retaliate?
just take a step back, take a deep breath...
then ask that question... do i need to do that?...

U know, i learnt alot in 2013.
And i started to make things simple.
Not thinking too much coz it will kill me.

So, i just fight with those that really worth.
I also learnt how to ignore the noise of hungry dogs.

I started to think and face problem in positive way.
Alhamdulilah. I feel much much better.
