why not go for a cheaper unit for now... might not be a duplex..
and save/invest those extras for your down payment later on?

how cheap is cheap?

the good ones are all around 1k-1.5k. good ones meaning apartments with good policies, no scary foreigners, no students melepak2 around etc.

surprisingly penang has quite a number of good apartments with affordable rent. but its too far away. LOL!

I dont mind living anywhere really. My mom has given me her permission. Truth is, she asked me to move somewhere far to keep me sane. LOL! I happen to like living among strangers, meeting new people.

Why KL? I dont know. Im kinda stuck in a weird situation so its either living close to everyone or far from them. Stay and face everything or move away and start fresh.

and i need to clear off my 30 days balance..
where to go... what to do???
doesnt matter actually... as long as it is away from the office..
really getting sick and tired of all this, but what option do i have now..

now i'm considering either a normal apt or a studio. if i rent a studio, i'll have to say bye2 to my culinary adventure. ( a studio is not a proper place to cook lots of stuff. i guess i'll be eating salad, sushi & light meals. *which is good to lose weight* no deep frying, no oily santan2 food bla bla bla. another thing is, they use induction stove, meaning i'll have to buy new pots and pans. tsk. what shud i do with my current ones? *wails*

dream vs practicality.

groupon is good, but my friends told me not to buy buffet coupons as the place will be packed to the roof. i dont know how true this is as i never bought a buffet coupon.

dont buy electrical/electronic items, esp the cap ayam ones. u may buy the ones with warranty like the samsung set tab or the bulky camera from nikon/canon etc but u always can get it cheaper in CG i think. haha.

i never tried the getaway coupon. why dont u try it for ur 30days of holiday?

internet in Kajang is not good right now, i've no choice.
