this is my mini garden at my current apartment.

now i've rosemary, dill, oregano, thyme, italian parsley, coriander & mint. tsk. i'm in seremban now, my plants will definitely mati right now. 4 days w/o water. (

internet in Kajang is not good right now, i've no choice.

western herbs...
my taste buds are more towards asian spices...
the hotter the better...
when sweats break loose from the forehead and the head get all wet from the breakfast in the early morning... thats my kind of food...)
anyway, nice garden you have there...
why not add a tomato... that cherry tomato... i dont think it needs a lot of soil...
probably a square ft pot would be sufficient...
and a single plant would be enough...
when it starts to bear fruits, its quite a lot...

another thing... when you mention abt your plants dying out... i am thinking of smtg...
i believe you are familiar with the air freshener with a timer (battery operated)...
maybe you can modify that to use water instead to keep your plant 'watered' even when you are away for a while...

anyway i've to move end of january as my landlady said she needs to stay here. had some issues with her in laws so she's waiting for her hubby to come back and move in on feb.

now im truly househunting. a studio or a normal apartment? :-?

owner wanted to move back for some personal reason...
gave me a month notice...
no prob to look for a new place actually....
just that that house was just literally a few steps away from kfc/pizzahut/shoping mall/barber shop/etc...
they were just across the road....#:-S

so.... any luck so far??????

i did rent a 3 bedroom unit before...
and i was renting it alone as i hate sharing...
in the end i felt its a waste of money and space...
luckily it was only for a couple of months...

but for a final verdict,
go for your own unit..
and stop paying installment for others...

im looking at duplex now, the cost is quite high as most ads are offering fully furnished ones. I am looking for unfurnished unit as I do not want to sell my furnitures but if i have no choice i mite have to pick the furnished one.

the rent is around 1.2-1.5k, so i've to calculate everything carefully for the next 2 yrs maybe. i like the SOHO duplex, office and home in 1.

why not go for a cheaper unit for now... might not be a duplex..
and save/invest those extras for your down payment later on?
