what is good question to ask employer in interview?
question that is mind blowing.

i mean after interview session people would ask, do u have any question? so i think i should ask question that give good impression on me. a question should be ask.

i normally wont ask any question at the end of the interview session...
but if i hv too, i would ask 'how soon would i get the answer'...
or if it was not explain earlier during the interview, i would ask regarding the benefits the company provides to its employee...

otherwise, no question... sometimes, that question could spoil everything...

don't forget to sent Letter of Appreciation after interview,just mail to HR,recommend by jobstreet and other jobseeker.

if that company don't have email access,you need to do traditional way,call HR or pass the letter by hand)

some yes, some no. i do believe that our lives improve in certain part, with all the technologies and stuff. but fr my point of view, our minds do develop a little. i mean, our imagination, and our thoughts on something is pretty limited. we are still thinking inside the box, not outside the box.

why what to think inside and outside the box?
if you can thinking both situation doesn't mean you can solve all problem.

i get u but in my case for sap consultant they need someone who can talk a lot. last week i asked two questions, one of them was, "how u see a fresher can grow in accenture?"

n he kinda like my questions n complimented me for that.

now am preparing for other question apart from that that i can ask face to face if there will be an interview.
but i still dont know what the status of my application.

in my case yeah they want someone who are energetic. someone lively.
