i noticed its my middle finger or so, i suppose. maybe because of physical fatigue, am not sure. cuz yesterday i was back home from picnic, and was driving 2 hours long, tired and sleepy and everything, then i went to the toilet, it was quite disturbing. its not a big issue though, i just wonder. hopefully its nothing.

If it's once or twice, it should be okay but I'm not a doctor so don't listen to me. If it occurs like everyday, then something must be wrong. So, pay a visit to the doc.

rain2 go away is the song i always play for my nephews. they love it. and sometimes when they come and disturb me, i play the songs included those songs i wrote. i guess most of parents would have them at least on their lappy or tablets

My skin peeled a lil bit, not too much. It only peels off the 1st layer.. and u need to do it for several sessions, before u can see the result... but i can't afford more sessions at the moment.. bought my sweety Hugo Boss perfume, costed another RM 201.. #:-S added some more errands, so now i'm pokai already.. ( will update u of the jabbing result.. but normally u won't be able to see the result after the 1st jab.. it usually takes several jabs to notice something... prolly after a month or two.. the veniscy i bought was the cheapest i could find online.. costed me RM160, whereas others are selling the same item for as high as RM350.. but with RM160, u get 10 jabs, enough for 2 and a half month's stock... bring it over to the clinic, and ask them to inject it on u.. #:-S

Only RM5? Wow... do enlighten me with the name of the clinic if u have it.. i gotta jab every week, so gotta find a cheap service.. #:-S

ic. i recently wanna do med check up. how much does it cost in general hospital and private? just wanna see the price comparison. i plan to check on everything, like cancer and everything, because lately i began to wonder bout my health. its not that i feel sick or something, but i dont know. just being paranoid i think :">

doing check up at the GH or any gov hospitals or clinics are a lot cheaper then private hosp/clinics. but as usual, there are pros and cons. doing check up at gov hosp/clinics, cheaper, but you have to wait longer for the results. and if you go to the klinik kesihatan, sometimes there are no doctors there. #:-S and i heard that the services quite bad, but not all la.

you have to pay more of course at private hosp/clinics, but it's faster la.

what check up do you want to do sis? if you just wanna check bp, blood glucose, bmi, i think you can go to the pharmacy, but yep, they rarely give you counseling.

but if you wanna check your blood, i mean, they take your blood, and they'll check for glucose, cholestrol and etc, you have to go to hospitals or clinics.

for cancer, if you wanna check for breast cancer, you could just check it on your own. check for lumps first. usually the gonad cancer *ovarian/cervix* usually occur after you're having sex.

of course in my lappy. my mom and grandmom would be so loud if i bring guitar to the house. they are conservative, but in a good way

Yeah, its getting worse but it's an annual cycle. Every year there will be flood.

Today might be my last day of holiday because tomorrow the school is having a meeting where all the teachers must be present to receive new info for next year. Dang! )
