why do you say that?
none of those singles handsome enough?
what do you do for fun anyway?

haha. maybe the handsome young doctors do exist, it just that they havent come to my sight yet. :))

erm... for fun? the usual i guess. watch movies. listening to music. or sometimes when my friends and I, we go to the mall, i like to go to the bookstore, taking random book, sit somewhere hidden and started to read. i can stay in a bookstore for hours, since i don't really like shopping. *i'm serious*

erm, maybe go take a long drive to the beach. but i rarely do that. it's quite dangerous. especially when i heard about kidnapping and raping ladies nowadays.

what about you?

OOhh.. I am 40 something, almost 50.. :p
I travel nearby only, cannot afford to go far away.
I like reading because it is the key to new knowledge,
it open up doors to other cultures,
it widen our general knowledge,
and of course make us aware of the current issues around the world.

A lot of people have a very poor general knowledge.
They prefer people to tell them what is going on rather than pick up a book or whatever reading material and figure things out by themselves.
Not that those info are critical or very essential to our life,
there is no harm in knowing a lot of thing.
Just like the other day on TV, the question was which country do you have the city of Lyon and Lille?
I just switch to other channel.

you're right. :D

i think you're knowledgeable. kinda envy you. i like knowing stuff myself. but usually i read about medical stuff. and since i want to go travelling one day, so i know where's lyon and lille. :D

one of my usual habit is googling things. i gain knowledge by googling mainly. :))

ooo. i guess you're around my father's age. :D

so, paris is in your future plan?
some say that city is smelly.....:))

reading is part of learning.
and we should never stop learning.
be it specific to our field or just for general knowledge.
i am not one of those so called 'knowledgeable',
i am doing it just for the fun of it.
we may not have the chance to travel all over the world,
but through reading or watching documentaries
we would be able to broaden our horizon.
and not just become a froggy of the shell.
