My laptop Dell Inspiron and the N4110 is a problem about charging. That is when the battery is still mounted in the machine and connect the charger, then you start win (win 7 x64) and see the battery icon is recorded as being plugged but not charging. So let me ask this is a hardware failure or software error? have a solution for this problem help me?
