Spam Palicy

nia aku paste dari web aku akan Spam policy MWP ni
mungkin MWP dah bertindak akan masalah ni.. dan sapa2 yang buat SPAM dan MWP dapat complaint maka MWP terpaksa bertindak.. ini la yang aku dapat tafsirkan kenapa akaun korang kena terminated..



In order to protect our members and ensure the long term growth and success of MyWorldPlus, MyWorldPlus maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email. Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account. As a MyWorldPlus member, you understand that MyWorldPlus neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its members. You understand and acknowledge that:

It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from MyWorldPlus.

MyWorldPlus also prohibits all members from including the name or website address .MyWorldPlus. in any emails they send out. Members are required to use a redirect link when directing prospects to their landing page. This helps ensure the long term stability of MyWorldPlus and anyone found abusing this policy will be terminated.

We also require all members to download their list of email addresses that have generated a complaint and permanently remove them their your database. If we receive a complaint from the same email address as a previous complaint from an email that was sent more than a week after the original complaint was filed, MyWorldPlus has the right to terminate your membership.

You are solely responsible for mail sent on your behalf.
MyWorldPlus will immediately terminate your membership and suspend all future commissions for violating these Spam Policies.
MyWorldPlus reserves the right to take legal action against any member found violating this Spam Policy.
You will not be eligible for a refund when you have violated the MyWorldPlus Spam Policy.

tapi yang aku tahu la negara2 maju memang mementingkan policy SPAM jika mereka membuat company e-commerce.. company kat
negara kita malaysia ni aku tak tahu la setakat mana kuatnya mereka memakai policy SPAM.. :-? :-?
