My Forex Funnel Experience

Hi, this thread is made to share the performance of Forex Funnel which I've bought recently. I've read few thread which says the Forex Funnel is bad, and this thread is not to deny nor support that statement.

What I tried to show only the result of my forward testing. Enjoy! Will try to update as frequent and as objective as possible.


Platform : Forex.com
Account : Demo
Leverage: 1:100
Initial Deposit : USD 3,000.00
Currency : USD/JPY

Date Account Register : 16 December 2008
Date Trading Start : 18 December 2008

Note : The trading is done 24 hours daily from Monday to Saturday morning (my computer is only been shut-down few hours a week )


22 December 2008 Result

Nos of Days Trading : 4 Days
Net Profit/(Loss) to Date : USD 804.73
% of Net Profit/(Loss) to Date : 26.82%

Nos of Floating Positions : 2
Floating Amount : USD -121.32

27 December 2008 Result

Nos of Days Trading : 9 Days
Net Profit/(Loss) to Date : USD 881.90
% of Net Profit/(Loss) to Date : 29.40%

Nos of Floating Positions : 2
Floating Amount : USD -207.24

No DD on this EA. But when you lose, you will lost all the money.

My own experience in this EA made me MC 5 times on real account. At the moment I stopped using this EA.

It would be better to provide monthly statement rather than daily. Daily profit can be from 10pips to 500pips. No DD on this EA. But when you loose, you will lost all the money.

That is what I tried to get actually. I really what to get the conditions which the money will be wiped out. As this is my forward testing, I rather use DEMO than real account. Maybe I will run the test for few months until I get that result.

As for the statement, I don't see any problem with daily or monthly statement. To me, more is better.

i have ff tested this ea for 3 months and backtested it too with 90% quality for 6 years ,and even if you go with .01 lot it blows the account, if you go with 01, cent acc, it is not worth the risk ,the profit is ridiculous,beleive me , not a good ea ,i was a belever before but not anymore

EA won't work! Ever wonder why Maybank or any other big banks don't buy EA and instead hire pro trader to trade for them?

The faster you realized this the better..Learn to trade yourself!

the problem is that there is no mm in this ea ,a pure martingale,if they could limit the# of trades at 4 or 5 ,might be better,but as far that i'm aware of ,nobody has been able to open the code and modify the # of trades allowed(mm)
forexfunnel used with .01 cent a pip and a 5000.00 minimum(maybe more) you gonna have very modest profit ,so small that i'm sure that it is not worth it, too risky for the profit,robominer is safer with the default setting,resist better the big waves,
probably that coupled with another pretty safe ea, would give good results,it was my humble opinion
