MT4 is best despite of its obsolete design, MT5 is buggy and CTrader is not widely supported by FX brokers, I think it's platform for trading options and futures

I prefer MT4, as I'm just used to it. But I don't think there's much difference between them and you can use each one to get the same result. The main importance in this case is a habit. Of course, there are some peculiarities that some traders need and not all platforms have them. But I think that such traders are less than 1%.

For many traders MT4 is still the best because it is easy to understand, not much complicated and they have used it from long term so they feel comfortable with this tool.
