Minta bantuan : Tak boleh bukak mana2 folder atau software

salam....nak mintak tolong pada pakar2 komputer,....bila saya tekan mana-mana program....akan keluar;-

mane2 software ataupon folder yg saya bukak mcty kuar bnde alah nie...pastue tekan OK ...baru ley bukak..mcm mne nak ilangkan bnde nie ea....harap dibantu....
