As usual, we’ll go directly to business. We wouldn’t want to make you wait for what the Dragonfly is to do to your wealth!

Before that, however, let us explain what happened yesterday. Some members realized no earnings when they logged into their
member area. Well, we were just as surprised as you! Everything started two hours before we had our server time deposit profits
to your account. The programmer worked on the scripts and updated some software and firewall tweaks. We had a Linux test
page on the server for 25 minutes, which freaked our pants off, I can tell you. Worse, there was no warning from the Programmer
on this problem -- panic. We even e-mailed to the programmer dozens of times, with no response. And there was absolutely no
way we were getting back to bed.

Finally, after some of hair-pulling, the site came back and all looked good as new on the administrator site. The Member’s area
also worked fine, and the programmer got back to me explaini! ng we had some updates.

What a night. While we were awake, we decided to start a very early morning (since there was no way we were getting back to
sleep). I myself took a little swim and made all open tickets.

11:55 PM server time. This is usually time for the earnings, but nothing! Tickets, why didn’t I earn today? First, a Linux test
page after no earnings? Send another e-mail to the Programmer, answered tickets (by now, a fretful few were asking for their
earnings).

We decided to each have a chilled, mint iced tea – not Lipton –
while keeping a cool head. We calculated last week’s system returns, calculated the upcoming Dragonfly again and made a
mental note not to panic. Worst case scenario: just place double earnings on the very next day. But even if we could manually set
a dividend to all members, why would we risk having a different system calculation? Perhaps earnings are merely delayed, or
maybe the Programmer changed some settings…r! ight?! Who knows what the Programmer had set, and we started t! o worry maybe he
had a Long Island Iced Tea and lost it. It is the weekend, after all.

So we posted an update in the news section of the website explaining we’d had some updates and earnings would be credited
later. Surely some must have read the news, but mass mail had not been working along with the rest. So with mass mail no
longer an option and the missing earnings, should we have started to panic? You bet. But all this meant something must
have been blocking this – maybe the firewall, maybe some CronJob settings. We researched and read about it.

So that was weekend, news was on the site, checked all forum posts, no complaints, all fine. We were confident that this
problem will be fixed very soon.

And this is what was happening:

The Programmer stopped the CronJobs totally, and after he restarted them, all earnings were given and accounted for.
Fantastic, and just before going to bed (our Programmer seriously sleeps on the weekend. We waited for hi! s answer and
fix for the whole day) we are comforted with the knowledge that all is fine. It’s time for a great and restful sleep before we
regroup in the morning, making the final adjustments for the Dragonfly – including some tweaks.

Let's go directly to business. Mint has had an especially exciting, profitable week. Many of our members have felt the Dragonfly's wings, and advanced-Token owners have received an impressive profit share this last week.

We have almost reached the 700 Member mark being just a few short! At the same time, the system deleted inactive members. Remember, inactive members are deleted on the 30th day of inactivity. This is done automatically from the system, and we are happy to confirm the system works like a charm.

Mint now has an active member ratio of 61%, quite an impressive and amazing percentage, considering we are just one month into our pre-launch!

Now May 01 is only a week away, and many members are already sending support tickets on what the prices or changes are once we officially launch the program. We have tested the system and the profit-sharing works, the banner rotator and surf features work and the MLM system is absolutely mind-blowing. But we! know this doesn't quite answer all your questions on what will happen.

So here's to everyone: on May 01, we will change prices, plan length and advertisement feature for new investments. EXISTING Membership and Token holders will have no changes on price structure or any negative effects on new ROI caps. You earn as advertised! Only new purchases of Memberships and tokens have higher prices or a lower end ROI.

One thing's for sure, the system is stable and everyone who helped us test in the pre-launch will profit higher than ANY NEW Member after May 01! In other words, Tokens cost more, some Tokens will be closed and the ending ROI will be lowered on new purchases. Hello to all – today’s newsletter is our sixth, but is also the much anticipated start of Mint! (We broke out the champagne last night.)

We hate to start with bad news, but here goes: the Programmer did not manage to have everything ready on today’s start date. It’s not a huge setback though; we can still start the site and remove the “Beta” or “Prelaunch” label so there’s really nothing to worry about.

There are still two bugs in the system that we hope to fix soon. The first has to do with the Mint Wallet; it shows the correct amount after loading, but the top frame of the website shows a wrong amount. This seems to be a catch problem, however it appears no one except us has realized this yet as we’ve had no complaints. Since you may buy correctly and the actual wallet shows the correct amount, the problem is not drastic and we are sure the Programmer will have this fixed soon.

The second bug is on the Account Summary page. Holders ! of the Advanced Token receive an incorrect amount under Account Credit Summary/Interest. It appears that the system calculates just the 1.5% of the minimum amount earned, regardless if you have earned 2% or 2.5%. The amount shown here is 1.5% of your Advanced Token. Even so, you have been credited the correct amount on your cash balance and in the transaction history. Again, the bug is not severe because Members continue to earn correctly. It is merely the statistic that does not end up correct. A great, big Thank You goes out to our Member ‘Blondie’, who spotted this mistake just recently and brought it to our attention. The Programmer will have this fixed as soon as he is ready with the rest of his tasks.

Removing the Prelaunch label and entering a new area and stage – we call this the Excitement, Stage One.

Sounds catchy, doesn’t it?

Okay, we have managed to accumulate a grand total of 800+ Members in our Prelaunch phase; in other words, anot! her 100 new Members since last week. At the same time, inactiv! e Member s have been removed from the system. Mint has an active Member ratio of 67% at the starting point. This is a great achievement for six weeks of Prelaunch!

In the Excitement, Stage One, we are happy to announce a new payment gateway called OKpay, which should be ready within a day or two.

The Programmer also installed the entire Mint system on a second server. This is done to improve speed and offer SSL as an improved security of the system. We will also force the IP check back to the system; this means that when you change your browser or IP address, you will receive a code before being able to login. We will roll the server in with some more features, but we are still testing on some of the new options with the Programmer. Expect some new options for banners, text and premium ads to appear in your Member area anytime soon. We have also removed some of the spots on the start page and will be replacing them with an easier-to-book and more Excitement-oriented sys! tem. This is where you may track your clicks and impressions, just like in your Member area.

Our belief at this moment is ‘Let’s do it right before we release everything’. We treat this as our credo because this website was never meant to be planned in a hurry and was intended for long-term success for all of you: our Advertisers and our entire team (the team includes you, of course, as there can be no business without you!).

Speaking of ads, in the Second Excitement Stage (which we’ll roll in shortly after everything works) we will introduce a new Advertisement opportunity, where active Dragonfly members can submit their Google AdSense code. Google AdSense will be shown in the right Member frame and generate based on credits (exchanged to impressions), money through Google Ads to you.

Excitement does not stop there. We will also offer Mint Swap, where Members can place an HTML code to their website, which generates credits and banner swaps with! other users. This option will be rolled in after Excitement, ! Stage On e and Two are fully operational.

As we have announced in the past, we have a new Token, price and ROI structure for every new purchase. Existing Tokens earn as we promised during the Prelaunch.
