Microsoft Bootstrapper Issue - MSO2013

Hi Guyz,

Nak minta bantuan untuk installation MSO2013.
Keluar error Microsoft Bootstrapper Has Stopped Working.
Installed dalam Win7.

Step yg dah buat ;
1)remove Previous version
2) Guna fixit untuk remove dan delete trace.
3) Disable firewall
4) Regedit HKM Local utk AppCompFlags

Sesaper boleh bantu...

All the steps been taken but the issue persist..
run Fix it..
run MTK..
Services..
Regedit..

that the worst case scenario laa...
so far..
dah run ccleaner untuk buat microsoft trace still failed..
install mso lower version ok.. mcm 2010..
