In this role you will be responsible for:
a)Ultimately meeting your various sales quotas by selling creative and
adaptive out-of-home digital solutions and making strategic presentations to
potential clients.
b)Prospecting new business
c)Planning and preparing your daily sales activities - You’ll need to develop
adaptive sales and communications plans, issue proposals to clients and
following up promptly and
professionally
d)Initiating sales calls and work assigned prospects, leads and self-prospects
within a given time-frame
e)Preparation of advertising proposals
f)Closing business within the small to medium size business market
g)Providing high level of service to our clients.
h)You’ll also be involved in all internal sales meetings and brainstorming
sessions as well as attend various industry events and conferences to help you
network.
i)You also get to be a part of an advantageous commission structure,
increasing your earning potential and you will always have the support of your
managers as well as the rest of the sales team to help you reach your goals.
Position Requirements:
1)To be successful, you should have:Superb verbal and written communication
skills, including active listening
2)High energy and be results driven
3)At least 2 year’s business-to-business sales experience, experience from
advertising industry with vast network of clientele is definitely an added
advantage.
4)Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
5)Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
6)Ability to discover customer needs, influence others and apply creative opportunities.
