Updates from NCD!

We are now 100% caught up on our billing

After we billed everyone we have about 150 members that were declined. We will be contacting all of these members via email and you will also be able to see them in your downline structure so that you can contact them if they are on your team.

With these declines we have about 80 Founder Packages that we have just made available starting RIGHT NOW!.

If you are not a founder and you enrolled before Jan 18th you will see a special upgrade message to upgrade your package when you login. You will only have to pay the difference in price and shipping when upgrading.

If you are in this group you will have 12 hours to upgrade your membership before we allow everyone in the company to upgrade their membership. Then after 36 hours (Friday 12pm PST) These packages will be closed forever and you will never hear us mention "Founder Packs" again.

Commissions Paid This Friday!

The reason we are stopping down the Founder Packages after 36 hours (no matter how many are sold) is because we will be making our first commission payout on Friday Feb 10th.

This means anyone who is currently declined or wants to upgrade MUST be active by Friday or they will not count for this first commission run.

Your commissions will be posted in the Member's Area under a new section called Estimated Earnings. From here they will move over into your NCD Bank Account where you will have the option to withdrawal them.

Very important we will not automatically issue your commissions... They will sit in your bank until you request a payout. From your bank you will be able to pay your autoship and we will even be offering extra incentives to do this. (More info available Friday)

Member Ranks

We are doing something special for everyone who has been with us since the beginning. On Friday you will see your Final Rank from the first day we opened up until noon PST when it cuts off. Whatever your rank is will determine how you are paid.

However, we are going to allow you to hold this rank for the next 60 days so you will get paid at the highest level you achieved, AND we are giving you until the end of February to increase your rank that will be held until May 1st. So whatever you finish February at will be the minimum rank you will earn.

This is HUGE... (especially with our compensation plan)

Shipments

All Founder Packages have been shipped, or they are packaged up sitting in our warehouse ready to go out. Due to our billing delays and the fact that we did not have all the Founder Packs set, we are NOT shipping any of the smaller packages until Friday after we cut off the Founder Package upgrades.

Again, we apologize for these early shipping delays but we really wanted to make sure we gave everyone a chance to be a Founder with their initial order.

Autoships

Now that we are shipping products and we have ironed out all of the early bugs we will be charging autoships starting March 1st. You will receive more details about this and when you can expect your autoship to be charged as we get closer to wrapping up February.
