Maybank2u Clearing Cheque Returned

Hi all,

Just need a explanation. I want to asking regarding to maybank2u. I'm new with maybank2u transaction. Before this all the transaction using by ATM or CDM machine. Yesterday i check my detail transaction history in maybank2u and noticed there a CLRING CHQ RETURNED on 30 September 2014. What that mean? Here i attached the screenshot. Hope someone can help explain to me. Thanks

maknanya cek tu kena return pd owner a.k.a bounce a.k.a tendang. tapi tak semestinye sbb takde duit atau tak cukup duit, mgk ade reason lain mcm salah tulis nama ke, tarikh lain ke etc.

owh..if macam tu, slalunye check yang ditendang akan di send semula pada owner or kite kene g ke maybank ofis utk check ye? sbb aku pn xsure la check tu sape yg masukkan.

bank skang suh kite pegi tanye sendiri kat owner check tu. bank tak bagitahu reason knp return. try cari owner cek tu.

bank skang suh kite pegi tanye sendiri kat owner check tu. bank tak bagitahu reason knp return. try cari owner cek tu.

masalahnya, mmg xtau sape yg depositkn.. xsure sama ada dari company or someone else.. tp aku dh send general enquiry detail kt maybank support psl issue ni..

Pegi je maybank mana yg deposit cheq 2 ckp nak amik cheq returned..nanti die bg advice copy,pas ko g la claim kat drawer yg bg cheq 2..

ko call je kat branch yang ko buka akaun bro. biasanya maybank akan hantar notification through sms, atau call ko. nanti dia akan tanya, nak dia postkan notis tu ke atau ko gi ambik sendiri. notis tu ada tulis sebab cek tu tendang. good luck.
