Responsibilities
- Strategize and preplan on the Project execution method to achieve the Project deliverables that satisfy the client and relevant authority specification or requirement.
- Prepare inspections reports, internal NCR's etc.
- Review of method statements of coating application.
- Ensure the readiness of the QA/QC requirements are met before start of coating application.
- Initiate Inspection requests for client's monitoring inspections.
- Ensure the calibration/validation of Sand Blasting/Painting Equipment's, tools etc
- Familiar with Oil & Gas manufacturing standard procedure API, ASME and ISO
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
- At least 10 years working experience in marine repair / oil & gas industry or in painting manufacturers.
- Certified NACE/BGAS Coating Inspector.
- Knowledgeable in painting products and application requirements.
- Able to lead and co-ordinate with sub-contractors for site inspections and timely completion of work
