Selama ni kalau I nk examine I just use my friend nye stet sbb dia ada lebih, so quite reluctant to buy one..hahah

Tp sejak I buat practical in hospital I rase cam nk beli la yg br, cam menarik ada semua benda ni...kan?

I igtkan Mahal sampai sampai 400ratus+++...kalau mcm tu Xdela mslh nk beli kan.

Kalau u pegi hospital for study purposes, how do u handle with ho ho yg kuat blagak?

yep why not. stet littman cuma around rm200++. idk la kalau beli bundle. sbb kat tempat i diorang beli bundle dpt murah sikit kot.

erm... ada HO yg okeh. ada jugak HO yang wat duno.and worst, HO yang hampeh. but for now, i have no problems with HO *maybe yet*.) usually they are HO yang wat duno. diorang just wat keje. i think the major problem is the MOs or specialist kot. ada yang gempak, ada yang garang gila sampai student mark, ada yang ok jela. i'm not sure whether you have started the case presentation to the doctors yet, tapi that could be a bitter part kalau dpt doktor yang garang or nak everything perfect. #:-S

but HO x penah ada problem la. kalau i tanya, diorang jawab jela. diorang malas sibuk2 sbb diorang bz kot. kalau pergi ward during non-academic session, usually kitorang pegi by small group or ajak senior sorang dua. but make sure be prepared la.

Wow menariknya cara u guys belajar. Jelly! ..I kt hkb sorg2, adela 3 org budak jordan, so susahla nk blaja or bincang sbb kwn xde...bincang gitu2 je. I dah bt case presentation, lucky I dpt specialist yg relaks and klakar giler. Mase buat rounding kita asyik gelak je bila dia bgurau mase chck patients.

Dkt hkb, there's one department yg I dgr specialist dia gaaarang giler nk mmpus, semua org akan kena ngn dia, start from nurse, student, ho and mo which is in medical department. Untunglah I x dpt situ. I just dpt ong, ane and paed. So far ane is the best place la sbb x stress sgt. Pg2 kena pg pass over, rounding, then pegi Kt red zone, yellow zone, rounding lg pastu attend cme. First day at ane, kebetulan ada patient died because of MI, penat giler wat CPR, the family mntak extend to one hour. Xleh tima hakikat org tu dah xde..

Labour room is quite fun at first then lama2 it turns out to be boring sbb tgk benda yg same je. First time saw the baby came out from mother's body was like miracle and touching moment. Then after that, jeling je lah sbb dah selalu tgk.) I pnh conduct sekali je. So kalau keje nnti I hrp xdptla Kt labour room ) masa duk Kt situ sekali je I oncall, mase oncall tu la terjumpa satu mom yg dapat anak yg breech..

How about yours? Which department that u find that it is quite interesting to be in or learn?

oooo. u kat hkb eh? busy gak kan situ?

i rasa one day pun i akan kena gak dgn specialist garang kat hkb tu. )#:-S but kat sini pun i dah tgk banyak dah doktor garang. kawan i sampai fobia. maybe sbb kitorang baru lagi. tgk senior-senior dah rilek dah. sbb i've used to pass by a group of fourth year student kat medical ward, yang tgh kena lecture dgn doktor. kuat gile. kitorang pun kecut perut.

tapi kalau dpt doktor yg best mmg asyik gelak je. doktor cam tu ar best. setakat ni since kitorang still mostly lectures, kitorang pegi hospital seminggu sekali, i mean utk academic session la. kalau non academic bila2 pun boleh pegi sbb hospital sekangkang kera je.)

i penah masuk labour room masa first year dulu, wpun i x penah la sambut. but mmg excited. cuma i biasa2 je kot since i tak minat o&g. a&e best gak. i mostly medical ward la based on apa yg i belajar. next year i probably akan ke psychiatry ward. haha dalam banyak2 yg tu yg i excited. penah juga pegi icu. but kitorang x bole buat apa sgt since kat situ pt mostly unconscious kan.

i minat orthopaedic. so i rasa kat situ best gak. maybe next month kot i akan masuk sana pulak.
