I also had phone verification problem as you when I registered 2 days ago. What I did is, I access their live chat, and told the customer service about my problem, after giving him my email address (the one used to registered with litefx) and I have been informed to wait for his manager call for direct verification.

Within 5 minutes, I received the manager call for verification, I just told her my name and email address, then she informed me my phone has been successfully verified.

It is that simple.
