Leverage change in FCA regulated account

FCA will enforce leverage change for retails client from 1st Aug 18, 1:30 in FX, 1:20 Gold etc. In fact, some of the FCA regulated brokers already lowered the leverage. Hope you guys are well prepared on the changes. You may find out more at

Autonomy to invest any amount, independence to work with any time, leverage, decentralized market, etc. all are making forex a better virtual platform. Leverage is the borrowing tool for the traders that can help traders to extend their capital amount by lending money from their broker whenever they have short of funds. But leverage should be moderate as high leverage comes with greater trading risks and increasing stress of fund supervision.

I fully agree with Luke. Some traders are over-confident and using too much leverage in their trades. This option is very good as it can support higher profitability from a deal, but it can be very bad when that deal is lose deal as it can significantly impact traders profitability
