osition Summary:
Develop well operations, well integrity and well maintenance procedures for implementation during the operations phase. Develop and maintain capabilities to support well engineering for data acquisition, work-overs, re-completions and new wells. Establish and lead a well operations team to manage the ongoing maintenance and support of the wells and the future subsea completions during the operations phase.
:Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years experience in a similar well operations leadership role, 10 years of which is in down hole well intervention operations, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge in well engineering such as well control, drilling operations and design, logistics and third party service provider management
