osition Summary:
Develop the training systems and competency processes to ensure that a competent operations work force is in place at the start-up of the facilities. Establish operations and competency based training in alignment with the KPOC Operations Excellence Framework and the KPOC Operability Road Map guidelines.
:Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in onshore and/or offshore oil and gas production facility
• Knowledge in PETRONAS Competency Based Assessment System (PECAS) and Development is an advantage
