kalo nk pasang tile kt rumah flat bersaiz 650k/p siap table top brp rm...

living & dining area currently used terrazo (wanna change to laminated flooring w/o hacking)
-3 bedrooms with parquet ( wanna change to laminated flooring )
-1 bathroom with 5' 10" x 4' 10" x 9' (high) , and tiles ( 0.5'x0.5') cover up to 5' high ( change it to more modern look )
-1 toilet with 5'10" x 2' 11" x 9' (high) , and tiles ( 0.5'x0.5') cover up to 5' high + squat bowl. ( change it to more modern look )
-hack door / window between kitchen and wash area
-sliding window at washing area to outside (2 panels)
-ceiling high around 9' (living area have cornice only)


I'd prefer to have a modern lifestyle look since i'm not married yet and stay single in this current house.
