Team Leader PLM Mobile Sales – Business Banking

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Track market activities and identify opportunities for business development in the area
Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve Business Banking objectives and targets
Drive the marketing activities of Business Banking’s products and services to achieve targets for
interest and fee-based
Proactively identify business opportunities, build customer relationship and expand market reach
by delivering excellent
Monitor compliance to the guidelines, policies, and procedures towards achieving operational
excellence
Report team performance achievement and escalate issues and information that require the attention of a senior
Lead the team in decision making and share accountability in line with business strategy
Lead and guide PLM Mobile Team members to ensure effective coordination and drive cross-
selling activities
Lead and inspire team by example in building a high performance culture through coaching,
mentoring and motivation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience
Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good financial and business analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
