p/s:keje contact centre adalah job paling bagus untuk fresh student develope communication skill,disiplin datang keje (kalau lambat dpt surat show cause tuu..hehe),pastu develope leadership skills...lepas setahun atau dua tahun,korang keluar nak cari keje insyaAlah tak susah punye..pendapat seposen seorang yg pernah keje helpdesk ni..

Job Scope:

-Handling incoming calls from customer -Find out customer problem and Inquiry -Provide basic solution for troubleshooting -Preparing troubleshoot report

Basic Requirements: -SPM (must credit in bahasa melayu n english) -Diploma in any field -Degree (fresh graduates is also encourage) -Good in Malay language and Average in English Language -Motivated and high self-confidence -Can work in shift rotation working pattern

Working Patterns:

-5 working days in a week (rest day not fixed on weekend) -8 hours of working daily -Earliest shift will start at : 7:00am – 4:30pm -Last shift will start at : 4:30pm – 2:00am

SALARY OFFEREED DIPLOMA = RM1500 DEGREE = RM 1700 ALLOWANCES = RM400 – RM-500 *with EPF deduction
