Position: Customer Care Consultant
Division: Customer Service
Department: Contact Centre
Location: SS2 / Shah Alam ( Lot 10, Jalan Delima 1/1, Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor)
Working Hours/Days: Shift (flexi shift, max. 40 hours per week; rotational basis)
- Earliest Shift Start Time: 6:00am
- Last Shift End Time: 3:00am
Salary
- RM 1500 (Basic)
- RM 500/month (Incentive Payment, variable)
- RM 11/occasion (Transport Allowance) *excludes normal office hours
- RM 12 - 20/occasion (Shift Allowance) *excludes normal office hours
- RM 250 (Language Allowance, only for Mandarin speakers
Employment Status: 1 Year Contract, Renewable
Academic Requirements
- SPM/Diploma holders (with working experience in service industry)
- Degree holders (fresh graduates)
Other Requirements
a.Self Confident & Customer Service oriented
b.Positive working attitude, patient & good overall etiquette
c.Problem solver and team player
d.Self-starter, good initiatives & proactive
e.Tactful, able to handle stressful situation and deadlines
f.Polite, friendly, a good listener and resourceful
g.Must be willing to work in either locations (Shah Alam/SS2) if required
h.Computer literate
