Transfer Fee:
In professional football, a transfer is the action taken whenever a player under contract moves between clubs. It refers to the transferring of a player's registration from one association football club to another. In general, the players can only be transferred during a transfer window and according to the rules set by a governing body(FAM). Usually some sort of compensation is paid for the player's rights. When a player moves from one club to another, his old contract is terminated and he negotiates a new one with the club he is moving to.
1)Ok issue sekarang setahu aku FAM xkenakan sebarang 'Transfer Fee' sekiranya ada pemain(masih dalam kontrak)berpindah, cuma bayaran tebus kontrak(gaji pemain x baki kontrak)dikenakan.....
2)Ade Pihak yg salah faham pasal 'Bosman Rulling' Bosman Ruling:The ruling meant that clubs would no longer profit from selling players who they had helped to develop if they left at the end of their contracts.
3)perpindahan pemain yg habis kontrak tiada kena mengena dgn tajuk di atas...
Fenomena ni kalau berterusan boleh rosakkan Liga M,sebab pasukan yg habiskan masa,duit,tenaga untuk develop player boleh kehilangan player tersebut bila2 masa tanpa pampasan yg setimpal.Aku x salahkan pihak yg mengambil player yg masih ada kontrak,Sebab mereka cuma memanipulasi undang2 yg lemah drp FAM.
