Seperti biasa, saya ingin mewar-warkan kekosongan jawatan yang ada di syarikat Bestinet Sdn. Bhd. Seperti biasa juga, saya bukanlah HR di syarikat ini jadi mohon jangan tanya perihal gaji dengan saya.
Saya sekadar memberitahu jawatan kosong yang ada dan jika berminat, sila hantar resume kepada saya melalui emel [email protected] dan nyatakan jawatan yang dipohon di dalam "Subject" emel tersebut.

1. Trainer
Responsibilities
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct business and technical training for new hires and current employees.
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
- Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
- Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. - Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
- Facilitate the execution of all training plans.
- Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.
- Acts as a support fielding questions and issues from staff related to the business and / or systems.
- Handles related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- At least 1 year working experience in the same environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Preferably Female
- Ability to handle basic correspondence to communicate information effectively.
- Ability to handle customer service questions, recognizes customer needs and expectations, and responds positively to them.
- Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and able to complete work on schedule.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of the team.
- Willingness to demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Must be willing to work non-regular/shift hours or on standby mode.
- This position would require the candidate to do extensive travelling. Therefore the ideal candidate must have a transport and willing to travel locally at any given notice.
- Candidates must also be willing to travel overseas and has no form of obstruction in doing so.
2. Techical Support Executive
Responsibilities
- First point of technical support contact for software and hardware computing environment (IT Helpdesk)
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and desire to help people with technical problems
- Strong understanding of the WINTEL desktop environment
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong IT technical skills (Desktop/Laptop/Applications/Networking trouble shooting skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office, email and ERP/Servicedesk tools.
- Escalate incident/problems to higher level via Servicedesk
- Provide support to clients (internal/external) calling in and assisting in a professional and efficient manner with queries received.
- Achieving set targets on Service Level Agreement including resolution time as agreed, and following all process as required.
- Following up on queries received until they are finalized or resolved.
- Data capture of relevant information.
- To carry out administrative activity and other assignments as required by supervisor.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- At least 1 year working experience in the same environment.
