IronFX offers the unique opportunity to new and existing clients to receive a Welcome Trading Bonus to their trading account.

Relevant Terms and Conditions for the Welcome Trading Bonus Offer
September 2011 Welcome Trading Bonus Offer - Terms and Conditions

1. IronFX Financial Services Limited (“IronFX”) is authorised and regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license number 125/10 and promotes a September 2011 Welcome Trading Bonus Offer (“Welcome Trading Bonus”) .
   
2. By opening a trading account under this Welcome Trading Bonus program the Client acknowledges that he has read, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions as well as to the IronFX Trading Terms and Conditions.
   
3. The promotional period of this Welcome Trading Bonus expires on September 30, 2011. IronFX shall not be responsible for any funding delays due to various payment method providers.
   
4. The Welcome Trading Bonus will be limited to one account per account holder irrespective the number of accounts the Client maintains with IronFX. The Welcome Trading Bonus is available to new and existing Clients.
   
5. Subject to all Company’s terms and conditions (e.g. Trading Terms and Conditions, Welcome Trading Bonus Terms and Conditions, etc.) the eligible Client will be entitle to receive 20% on his first deposit amount. The maximum Welcome Trading Bonus stands at $2,000 or equivalent.
   
6. Client’s deposit must be made in one lump sum and the Welcome Trading Bonus only applies to Client’s first deposit amount during the promotional period; minimum deposit amount stands at $500 or equivalent.
   
7. Internal fund transfers between Client’s accounts are not considered as deposit therefore the Client will not be entitle to participate in the Welcome Trading Bonus offer.
   
8. The Client will be eligible to receive the Welcome Trading Bonus once the Client has completed at least 5 trades with at least 5 minutes between each trade prior to receiving their Welcome Trading Bonus.
   
9. The Welcome Trading Bonus will be credited into the eligible Client's account after all requirements set in these terms and conditions are met.
   
10. The Welcome Trading Bonus will be held solely for trading with IronFX and cannot be withdrawn. At any given time, even after the expiration of the promotional period, when a Client requests for a withdraw IronFX will remove the Welcome Trading Bonus credited into the Client’s account.
    
11. To claim the Welcome Trading Bonus offered under this Program the Client needs to email his Client Portal’s username (registered email address) to IronFX at promotions@IronFX .com and receive the Welcome Trading Bonus as long as all requirements set in this terms and conditions are met.
    
12. At any time when the Client requests to withdraw funds from his account, including transferring between his account, during or even after the promotional period, IronFX shall remove immediately the granted Welcome Trading Bonus prior of proceeding with any Client’s withdraw request. For instance at the time of the Client’s withdraw request:
13. the Client’s account balance is more than the granted Welcome Trading Bonus, then IronFX will remove immediately the granted Welcome Trading Bonus;
    
    [*]the Client’s account balance is lower than the granted Welcome Trading Bonus, then IronFX will remove immediately all available balance to cover part of the granted Welcome Trading Bonus.
    IMPORTANT: Client will not be able to withdraw realized profits unless the granted Welcome Trading Bonus is removed from his trading account.
    
14. In the event that the Client’s account balance becomes zero then the granted Welcome Trading Bonus provided by IronFX will be cancelled and no future removal of the initial granted Welcome Trading Bonus will be applied.
    
15. IronFX offers zero charges on the deposits and withdrawals as per below table:
    Payment Method Policy
    Credit/Debit Card Zero fees for Deposits and Withdrawals for any amount
    MoneyBookers & Neteller Zero fees for Deposits and Withdrawals for any amount
    Bank Transfers Zero fees on deposits as long as the net amount received is over $10,000 or equivalent. No fees will be covered on Bank Transfers withdrawals
    
16. Participating in this promotion will not entitle the Client to participate in any other promotion/program offered by IronFX.
    The Client is allowed to receive only one Welcome Trading Bonus based on his first funding, irrespective of the number of Accounts he maintains with IronFX.
    
17. IronFX employees, Partners and Introducers cannot participate in this promotion.
    
18. If IronFX suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then IronFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that user the Welcome Trading Bonus or promotion and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the service and/or block that user's Account. IronFX reserves the right to modify, change or terminate this offer at any time without the consent of the Client.
    
19. The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products and involves a high level of risk. It is possible to lose all your capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and you should ensure that you understand the risks involved. Seek independent advice if necessary.
    
20. This Welcome Trading Bonus terms and conditions are dated 01 September 2011.
