Dia mcm nih, sebelum sesuatu saham hendak dikeluarkan IPO ianya akan melalui process utk determine harga saham tersebut. Lebih2 lagi utk saham yg mempunyai market capitalization yg besar spt Felda Global ia akan melalui proses book building.

Book building ini ialah utk mendapatkan harga yg mana fund manager atau institutional investors sanggup bayaq harga IPO itu nanti.

Jadi, utk Felda Global harga book building ini telah dipersetujui pada RM4.65.

pendapat aku secara realistik dan kajian, 1st pelabur teramai dalam klse ilah chinese, dan seperti biasa melayu jatuh no. 2 mengikut kaum. felda senonim dengan melayu, jadi aku sure tak ramai chinese akan beli counter ni, yg banyak beli glc @ investment army yg ada kaitan ngan govt. mesti kena support maa, ini pm punya idea. tapi seperti biasa, melayu bukan nak beli utk long term, kalau boleh launch day jual,jual wpun naik 10-15%. kalau drop , lagi teruk , semua org gabra. jual semua. tapi tak per glc akan cover utk beli , harga murah mesti diorang beli. tapi sampai bila boleh tahan? until PRU? selepas PRU , apa akan jadi , jeng2....

p/s tak dpat bayangkan org felda baca paper ,bukan baca ms depan dulu, tapi baca kaunter felda,ada naik ker turun.
