Setelah memgegarkan market dengan mengatakan bahawa Fed mungkin akan mengurangkan QE pada minggu lepas, laporan Minute of Meeting yg dikeluarkan semalam tidak menyentuh langsung berkenaan topik tersebut. Ini menyebabkan market terpinga - pinga dan bercelaru.

Analysis dari bank terkemuka berpendapat walaupon Bernanke bersikap 'dovish', tapering masih lagi dilihat sebagai 'valid' dan tujuan FOMC mengeluarkan minute of meeting seperti itu adalah untuk melambatkan proses tapering dan mengelakkan 'high volatility' didalam market.
