nak tanya lagi nie...
sebelum nie aku ada dpt deposit bonus USD 200...
masalahnya balance akaun dulu sekali dgn bonus USD 200 dah habis kena MC, habis kering akaun aku kena MC hari tu termasuk la bonus USD 200 yg aku dpt tu..

so masalahnya sekarang kalo aku top up balik akaun aku tu, adakah nanti USD 200 tu akan diambil kira sekali masa aku withdraw nanti.
Maksud aku kalo aku top up balik USD 800, adakah nanti masa withdraw nanti aku hanya eligible kuarkan sebnayk USD 600 je disebabkan bonus USD 200 yg aku dpt sebelum nie belum cukup syarat utk withdraw bonus USD 200 tu...tapi masalahnya bonus USD 200 tu dah lama masuk longkang dah kena MC..yang USD 800 tu duit baru aku top up kan balik akaun aku yg kena MC tu...takut lak nanti tak pasal2 aku rugi USD 200 sebab tak leh kuarkan duit yang aku baru top up tu..padahal bonus USD 200 yg aku dpt hari tu dah lama masuk longkang dah kena MC, tak sempat nak merasa bonus tu..huhu

aku pun ingat nak buka acc baru je..tapi masalahnya aku dah depo pun smlm kat acc lama tu..huhu
baru pagi nie aku perasan pasal benda nie..
takut gak..bonus tak sempat nak merasa takut rugi pulak lagi USD 200..

untuk situasi seperti diatas ialah 200 usd tetap dikira sebagai bonus... jika anda deposit 800 usd, anda hanya layak bawa kuar 600usd sahaja TQ

I attached a screenshot of my trade history with this post. As you can see, I completed my last trade at 2009.09.24 08:40. Not long after that, I submitted the bonus request form to get my USD$30 bonus. Due to this, I stopped all trading in order to wait for the bonus to be added into my account. After that, I went to have a nap and my computer was closed. I woke up at 2009.09.24 15:30 (GMT+8) and opened up my computer and terminal to check whether my bonus is added in or not. At that moment, I found that there were two open orders, the first one with 1.00 lot and the profit is around -80. GBP/USD declining a lot during that time and my account could not sustain the loss. It closed the order automatically as I was looking at my monitor stupidly. In the end, my USD$114 balance became USD$7. I feel that it is quite injustice for a first time forex trader like me to face this thing, I'm still attending college. I hope Instaforex could clarify this.

I start to suspect that Instaforex is just a scam. I'm a Malaysian studying at MMU.

can you provide me your complete metatrader log from your pc?
i want to compare it with your log from the instaforex server.
