Cara Heiken-Ashi Berfungsi

Tidak seperti candlestick biasa, di mana setiap bar dibentuk semata-mata daripada harga Open, High, Low, Close (OHLC) untuk tempoh tersebut, candlestick Heiken-Ashi dikira menggunakan formula purata bar sebelumnya.

Ini menjadikan carta kelihatan lebih lancar dan trend lebih mudah dikenal pasti.

Formula Heiken-Ashi

Bagi setiap bar (candle), nilai dikira seperti berikut:

HA Close = (Open + High + Low + Close) / 4
→ purata semua harga untuk tempoh tersebut.

HA Open = (HA Open sebelumnya + HA Close sebelumnya) / 2
→ purata buka dan tutup bar sebelumnya.

HA High = nilai tertinggi bagi (High, HA Open, HA Close)

HA Low = nilai terendah bagi (Low, HA Open, HA Close)

Candle bullish (naik) biasanya berwarna hijau/putih dan lack lower wicks, menunjukkan aliran menaik yang kuat.

Bearish candles (turun) biasanya berwarna merah/hitam dan lack upper wicks, menunjukkan aliran menurun yang kuat.

Candle kecil dengan upper and lower wicks menandakan kemungkinan pembalikan atau penyatuan aliran.

Kelebihan & Kekurangan Candlestick Heiken-Ashi

Kelebihan

Mengurangkan "noise" pasaran (turun naik yang kecil dan tidak penting).

Trend lebih jelas kelihatan.

Sesuai untuk swing trading dan trend following.

Kekurangan

Kerana ia berdasarkan purata, Heiken-Ashi mempunyai lag—ia sedikit ketinggalan di belakang harga sebenar.

Ia tidak menunjukkan harga pembukaan dan penutupan sebenar (jadi ia tidak sesuai untuk scalping, yang memerlukan data masa nyata yang tepat).
