Aku baca kat STAR last month pasal isu, trainee pilot yg masih x keje. supply > demand..Rafidah Aziz pun dilantik jadi CM Asia X agar dpt cari route flight yg baru..

so, aku x bercadang nak amik IPO ni. lagipun, main purpose dia nak byr hutang bukannya mcm BFood yg nak kembang pasaran. Korang pikir2lah..:)

Last call APFT @ 5pm..siapa berani..:)

The stock opened at 53.5 sen and closed at 63.5 sen yesterday, with a total of 21 million shares traded. The
benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index was up 1.92 points at 1,517.66. There were
529 gainers, 223 losers and 259 counters traded unchanged.
BFood raised RM18.3 million from its listing exercise. It made an offer for sale of 35.8 million shares of 50
sen each, priced at 51 sen. "We are happy with the opening price and it augurs well for the company. We
believe we can develop further from here," BFood chief executive officer Datuk Francis Lee said in Kuala
Lumpur yesterday.
Upon listing, BFood will have RM26 million in cash to fund its outlet expansion.
It plans to spend about RM700,000 per store, to open up to between eight and 10 KRR outlets each year.
BFood now owns 52 KRR stores in various malls in Malaysia and wants to increase this to 100 outlets
post-listing. On top of that, it also has 13 franchised outlets.
Besides KRR, Berjaya Group - controlled by tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun - holds the franchise of
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Starbucks Coffee, Wendy's and Papa John's Pizza.
When asked to comment on earlier report that indicated the Berjaya group is looking to buy rival food chains,
BFood executive chairman Datuk Robin Tan Yeong Ching said it is not currently in talks with any parties for
any takeover.
"We won't say we are not looking at the opportunity or there won't be no takeover in future, but at the
moment, we are focused on growing KRR." BFood will continue to capitalise on the increasing demand for
health-conscious lifestyle, which also includes the consumption of healthy food, he added.
For the fiscal year ended April 30 2010, BFood registered a net profit of RM8.7 million on a revenue of
RM60.4 million.
