penah dulu main warrant dan rugi kilo2 gak..pastu tobat dah tak nak main waran. Waran risk dia lebih tinggi, perlu faham betul2 term dia seperti exercise price, expired date, ratio..etc volume pun kena tengok jugak, jgn beli yg tak de volume, nanti sapa pun tak nak beli bila nak jual

Volume n expired amat penting. Pastu kena hati2 dengan sindiket. Pengalaman beli2 warrant pastu warrant hilang dari BSKL (

stock2 penny ni..kena men hit n run sj...buy low sell high...jnj ada untung jual...tp awas dgn volume...nt pengsan kalau volume ilang...biasanya ada group2 yg akn push stock2 cm ni....so merka akan beralih2 counter...untung laa sapa yg beli low dn jual tinggi...

Listed company ni memang bole semak smda patuh shariah atau tidak, namun ada yg sengaja melengah2kannya mungkin menyedari masih ramai yg berminat dgn IPO mereka w/pun tak patuh shariah. SUMBER

Pasukhas to raise RM10.8m from IPO

KUALA LUMPUR: Pasukhas Group Bhd plans to raise RM10.80mil from its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The tentative listing of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services provider is on Aug 29, according to the prospectus, which was released on Thursday.

The floatation exercise involves 90 million shares at an offer price of 12 sen per share at an issue price of 10 sen each.

Of the 90 million shares, 10 million units would be offered to the Malaysian public and 25 million shares to the company's eligible directors and employees. The remaining 55 million shares would be placed out.

Speaking at the launch of the prospectus, its chairman and managing director Teng Ah Kiong said the floatation would enable it to fund its operations and expand as well as enhance the business profile and future prospects.

"We believe that our track record and growth potential have put us in a great position in the market and the investors can tap into this growth and realise the fruits in time to come," he said.
