Bumi Armada's IPO priced at 3.03 rgt/shr for institutions-term sheet

KUALA LUMPUR, July 8 (Reuters) - The institutional portion of Malaysian oil and gas marine services provider Bumi Armada's initial public offering has been priced at 3.03 ringgit ($1.007) per share, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Friday.

Memang dah fixed ke institutional price ni?
I thought the Price Determination Date is on the 11th?

saya beli yesterday. my strategy for this counter is hit&run.
Kalau swing banyak tinggi, perhaps in&out intraday... this applied to Inari as well, kalau boleh goreng, i goreng habis-habisan

110711 tu bkn price determination tp balloting kan? nak tau whether u or i (or both of us) dpt ke tak BAB 1 tu..

institutional price mmg akan tau awal (block-building price exercise). then lps tu utk retail investors' price will be adjusted accordingly...saya tak ingat the details psl BAB 1 punya pricing ni...

if betul price intitutional < $3.15, retail investors (like u & i) akan dpt blk refund normally thru issuing hse cheque (tp lambat nak mampossssss)

pardon me if my dates are wrong...mess up with lots of things here (alasan je nih )

if the price is $3.03, it doesn't necessarily mean it's suck. just that the jerungs feel that $3.15 is just too high for the company...so most of them just bid on the lower range

saya pun rasa pelik gak bila reuters dah publish news tu (& yg lain2 blm lg). but as i said before, this counter not for goreng2 arrrr...slow & steady wins the race, okie?
